Our hours during our after school program is 3:30pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday.

​Our after school program rate is $25 a month per child. This is due on or before the last weekday of the month. There is a $10 late fee if paid after the cut off day. We do not charge for months your child doesn’t attend!

The Club provides a hot meal after school at 4pm and a small snack at 6pm daily.

​We pick up members from Saint Marys Elementary School daily. Send a note with your child the first time to make sure they get on the correct bus. 

Please be mindful of weather conditions and dress them appropriately as we walk daily to Club. Send warm clothes, gloves hats for winter months, and umbrellas if there is rain in the forecast as we are not guaranteed a bus for transportation.

​Members will have the opportunity to get their homework completed after dinner for 30 minutes.

We have a wide variety of activities staff members can do! From board games, classroom games, STEAM activities, cooking, to arts and crafts, there is something for everyone!

​We are open at 1p on early dismissal days for Pleasants County.

On select school breaks such as Christmas break, Thanksgiving break, and Spring break, we will have Extended Club Days. Opening on these days along with snow days are dependent on staffing and weather conditions. On these days we will be open 8am-4pm. Be sure to check out our Facebook for details.

Club member pick up can be anytime after they are signed in. Make sure to keep membership packets up to date with authorized pickups. Only individuals who are listed as authorized pickup may sign the member out. Member pick up is 6:30pm for after school hours. Avoid late fees by pickup member on time.

Our members are lucky to have full access to Pleasants County Parks! This includes the basketball court, baseball field, playgrounds, & trails.

The school provides food after school and we eat at 3:30pm-3:50pm. Snack is provided to those riding the activity bus.

Members are picked up at the side teacher entrance door on the side of the school. Parents are to send a message through ProCare and students walked to vehicle.

The Boreman Elementary bus arrives between 3:15pm-3:20pm on bus 55 and are met by staff and signed in.

The Sistersville Elementary bus arrives between 3:15pm-3:20pm after picking and are met by staff and signed in

Activities Bus

[Monday - Thursday]: activity bus leaves at 6:15pm to arrive at SES and BES at 6:45pm.

[Friday]: activity bus leaves at 5:30 to arrive at SES and BES at 5:45pm.

If you are not riding the activities bus, you need to pick up your child by 6:00pm.

-NO school transportaion provided during holiday breaks.
