After School Club (Tyler)

  • Hours

    Administration office: [Monday-Friday] opens at 12pm.
    Club hours:
    [Monday-Thursday] 3:15-630, activity bus leaves at 6:15pm to arrive at SES and BES at 6:45pm

    [Friday]: Students 3:15-5:30, activity bus leaves at 5:30pm to arrive at SES and BES at 5:45pm.

  • Price

    ​Our after school program rate is $25 a month per child. This is due on or before the last weekday of the month. There is a $10 late fee if paid after the cut off day. We do not charge for months your child doesn’t attend!

  • Meals

    The school provides food after school and we eat at 3:30pm-3:50pm. Snack is provided to those riding the activity bus.

  • Pick Up

    Members are picked up at the side teacher entrance door on the side of the school. Parents are to send a message through ProCare and students walked to vehicle.
    Club members pick up can be anytime after they are signed in. Make sure to keep membership packets up to date with authorized pickups. Only individuals who are listed as authorized pickup may sign the member out. Avoid late fees by pickup member on time.

  • Homework

    ​Members will have the opportunity to get their homework completed after dinner from 3:50pm-4:30pm.

  • Activities

    We have a wide variety of activities staff members can do! From board games, classroom games, STEAM activities, cooking, to arts and crafts, there is something for everyone!

  • Getting to and From Club

    The Boreman Elementary bus arrives between 3:15pm-3:20pm on bus 55 and are met by staff and signed in.

    The Sistersville Elementary bus arrives between 3:15pm-3:20pm after picking and are met by staff and signed in

    Activities Bus

    [Monday - Thursday]: activity bus leaves at 6:15pm to arrive at SES and BES at 6:45pm.

    [Friday]: activity bus leaves at 5:30 to arrive at SES and BES at 5:45pm.

    If you are not riding the activities bus, you need to pick up your child by 6:00pm.

  • Extended Days

    -NO school transportaion provided during holiday breaks.

    -NO school transportation provided home on early dismissal days.

    -Early dismissals normal club hour of operations, all students are parent pick-up ONLY

    -Inclement weather: CLOSED

    -Breaks: 8am-5pm
    No school transportation provided to and from club, parent pick-up and drop-off only, students to bring a cold lunch.
